well, I think Mark got about 35K miles on the s/c before I got the car and the s/c is trashed. The main shaft or spline out of the supercharger is completely stripped. This is the shaft

I have another s/c so it's not a big deal, right? Well I started thinking and since the male end is trashed I'm betting the female end is trashed too. I don't have a spare female end and I don't think it's easy to remove. Anyone know if the female connector is easy to inspect, or do I have to pull the shaft that runs the lenth of the motor out? That looks like a serious PITA.

I should have the actual pics up in a few hours. On a side note I pulled it in under 2 hours, not too bad. I'm so freeking pissed right now. I missed a car show last Sunday and I have another in 5 days. the weather is perfect and I'm stuck driving my POS "Ted Nugent" toyota while my dream car sits in pieces.

Is this s/c the one with the most miles? Hope for you guys that this isn't a common problem
