The injectors share a common side, then are individual on the other side of each individual injector circuit. A simple volt/ohm meter or test light can be used (provided the ECU has no power, test light + ECU power = danger) to determine which leads are which. As long as you have the engine harness to the 3L, you shouldn't have any problem figuring it out quickly, unless your electronics skills are lacking, in which case you wouldn't be splicing your own harness.
