Double plat is the only spark plug to buy (not single, not copper core, not +4, not +2, not "racing", not ANYTHING except true "platinum on the ground and the electrode" plug), except for short term racing use (if that applies).



Don't buy platinum if using forced induction or nitrous, buy iridium (preferably) or copper (if cost is a concern).
