When the car alarm is going off and your remote battery is dead there is a button that you press while you are starting your car to turn off the alarm. They are supposed to be hidden in a different place in every car, even tho mine is in a pretty obvious place--right above the fuel cut sticker in the drivers footwell. Look in your alarm manual. It should explain this better and theres a place to write in where your button is.
