ok i think i fit in somewhere along the lines teenagemale, blaring radio, tinted windows = gang banger(Well thats how most of the people that I know think ) And why dont they ask to search my car I dont know you tell me that one then we will both know. lol

I dont have but one sub and its a rinky dink 6" sub so its not going to be anything like most other people. I dont dress like a wannabe thug either.. I'm clean cut and i dress nice.

Anyways all they do is ask for my insurence and license and come back in about 5-10 min and give me my stuff back and let me go without saying anything. Which is a waste of my time, thier time, and tax payers money I think.

you think you have problems with the tickets. Ever heard of the gumball 3000? google it. These guys are getting 28 tickets in 6 days.....crazyness. On a different note, anyone know if theres gonna be an autoX's anytime soon? They still going down to the zoo? I'd like to get a few more in before I sell the car. Oh, and any off roaders? Quads, dirtbikes, whatever? I'm trying to find some new places to ride and some new people to ride with. Anyways, thanks for the 5 minutes, Ciao

Blaring radio, huh? If your "blaring" radio is plainly audible from a distance of 100feet then you are being lawfully stopped. Maybe you should be appreciative that you aren't getting ticketed for it instead of complaining that they are "wasting" your time. And, like I said before, there is something that you need to change since you keep getting pulled over. Maybe you should try turning your radio down. Not only is it against the law, but it also extremely irritating to your fellow motorists. I like to listen to the sweet music that my SVT puts out.

I don't know about that. I go to Florida every few months, and I have never been pulled over. I don't speed, there's nothing illegal on my car. I have been to Tampa several times. I was born on MacDill. I don't know anyone but my mom & sisters in that area. Maybe there's SOMETHING ticking cops off with your cars.
Then again, maybe my Aif Force stickers and license plate holder have something to do with me not getting pulled over.

Well how's this then? When I first moved here in 1991 I was a 27 year old male, short hair, driving a bone-stock 1983 black mustang GT with new tires no loud exhaust or boomer stereo or any such BS. Twice, TWICE! I was pulled over and was told by the Sheriff's deputy (2 different ones) that "I pulled you over because I noticed your out of state plates". His exact words, not mine. Both times they walked the car, ran the plates and my papers and turned me loose. Hillsborough County FL has some of the worst drivers in the country (yes I've driven in a lot of other states) and the police have nothing better to do than run redlights themselves and this sort of nonesense?

lol ok I have tested myself on how loud my radio is when i generaly listen to it you cant even hear it three houses down but thats becuase it sounds like [censored] if its any louder... well maybe if its silent and you really really listen for it then yeah you can hear it. But when I drive my grandmas van or my grandpas pickup I drive the same with the radiio even loud. (better system) and I have never gotten pulled over or have the cops run my plates like they do when im in my car. Hell I even take off a hell of a lot faster even drive faster due to their cars havign way more power then mine.

So, its gone from a "blaring" radio to one that you can't hear three houses down? What is it going to be next?

I got news for you, 3 houses down is EASILY 100 feet. And, from the way you describe the sound quality of your radio, it is probably even more irritating to passing motorists, including police officers

Oh yeah, now we are back to the "young kid driving a late model domestic compact sedan" profile. I got some more news for you, I run every single tag that I pull up behind at a red light. I don't care if it is grandma, grandpa, or Little Red Riding Hood herself.

One last thing and I am done with this thread. Will you please spellcheck before you post? You might be taken a little more seriously then.

lol Well I guess that is a little more then 100ft well a lot more and that was with the windows down but I guess it still would be more then 100ft with the windows up. I didnt really think about hte distance in feet wise but its all said and done. Back to my grand parents cars one is a 2000 model van and the other a 80 pickup. It doesnt matter which one I drive. I still dont get as much heat from the police as I do when I am in my own personal car and might I add I drive thiers faster then I do mine.

You on the other hand you may run every single tag that you pull up behind at a red light but thats you. You are not the cop that has pulled me over twice in two days. Anyways and I know for a fact not every cop does thier job right neither just not like every fast food worker ect... ect... Hell I can see running my plates it doesnt bother me much. Getting pulled over once or twice to check my info didnt bother me. It just the over kill here in Jacksonville, Fl that bothers me. I didn't get pulled over as much when I lived in Dallas driving around at 2am. I got my plates ran constantly... so I got used to that but I didnt get pulled over but once every couple of days or so. And yet I have gotten pulled over 4 time sence I have been here in Jacksonville, Fl in the month I have been here and thats not driving around like I did in Dallas. Might I add that every time I got pulled over it was around lunch 8am, 12-2pm, or aroudn 6pm. I doubt that has anything to do with it but might as well throw that in. Or could it have something to do with a stupid sticker that has the state of texas in it that I got at a fundraiser thing for police and firefighters.

You speak of this spellcheck function as if it was location on the post area. If it is I would like for you to show me as prof that I need new glasses. I just really dotn care to much about my typos nor spelling unless its incoled with school, work, resume, ect ect ect but you appearntly are from what I can tell. And yes I am fully aware thta I have a few typos and so on in this but like I said I really dont care about that sort of thing.
