Anyone know if there are differences between the GL, SE, and SVT stock air filters?
The reason I ask is because mine needs changing, and the air filter my dealership recently gave me and the one that came with the car are different colors. The one I just recieved is white, while the stock filter is this yellow-orange color. There is a long number on the stock airfilter qualified by "Motorcraft", but it's fuzzyish and I can't read it.
I know it doesn't matter (a high flow air filter wouldn't add jack, horsepower-wise) as long as it fits, but I'm curious if I have the right part for my car.
