In Colorado Springs, about two hours from Ft. Collins, if you are in the intersection you are fair game. I usea to see it all the time. As soon as the light turns green everyone is off like a bat out of hell.
Colorado has some of the worst drivers I've ever seen, not saying anything about Austin.
