Do you know the nut that you see when looking at the tops of your struts? It is loose, causeing your struts to bounce around. Grab a box end wrench (18mm) and a allen wrench (3mm) and tighten that nut up. Use the allen wrench to hold the strut shaft in place and keep it from rotateing while tightening the nut.
3mm allen key vs. 18mm box wrench, I don't like those odds  .
