First of all. welcome to the CEG!
The car washes, where I live, warn of such possibilities and clearly state that they are not liable if the car wash damages such things on your car!
As far as I know, once it is bent severely, you need to replace it. Perhaps you can find one in the scrap yard that will work for you!
Good luck and next time go to a touchless car wash or make sure the antenna is down first!
