Whenever i get enough money to buy some 17s and then lower my car, i am looking into getting some eibach springs. I am wondering, to have a nice smooth ride, would i have to upgrade struts and other suspension parts, or could i just go with just the springs?
I look through a lot of stuff, but searches dont really help much, cause they are a lot of mixture of things. So i am also wondering if i get Eibachs, what is a good additive that works nicely with them?

Stock Struts will blow within 30K miles of putting Eibachs on, most likely your struts are worn by the age of the car and the miles driven.
Make the investment, buy Koni's.

like $600
not really necessary if all you're doing is driving your car from point A to B...now if you're doing autocross or somethin then it'd be a different situation
I say go with BAT struts, they go for like $89 a piece now

Go B+G, Eibachs are by far the worse aftermarket performance wise springs out there for our cars.
eric
I've had most all the springs available on mine.

How are Eibachs "by far the worst" struts for our cars?
When you make a statement like that, back it up!

1) I never said that, pay attention homey, springs not struts LOL.
2) personal opinion, I feel Eibachs are softer than even stock svt springs, was VERY dissapointed in them, Eibachs are strictly for looks! Bare in mind that this statement is ONLY for the Contour V6 Eibach springs not for any other cars.
3) H&R blows Eibachs our of the water in performance.
4) B+G is much better than Eibach but not as stiff as H/R's, just under.
5) Intrax is yet to be Flecha tested lol.
