i got a 96 contour, V-6... the plastic part that goes under the front of the car to deflect the air....from one side to the other, about one foot from the front bumper back... its the part that you have to remove to change the oil filter or service the radiator(to get to the drain plug)... i need the part numbers(if there are any for the torx screws and the plastic washer/gromets parts that you put the torx screws into to keep the plastic on the bottom of the car...
i think they are made out of nylon( or a similar plastic) on mine the pieces are deformed and when you push them into the body, cross memeber of the car they want to pop out when putting the screws into them..... i went to dealer and they could only have ordered the whole large plastic piece and said they dont even know if they screws or washer/grommets come with it.... i figure if i had the part number then maybe i can show them what i want and they will then have to order it.... i had to do it with the
TSB on the loosing p/steering when hitting a puddle... they still had put the wrong belt on and i then went back with the printed out TSB (got it from here...great) and showed them what to do and what belt was needed.....
thanks for any help.

contact bill jenkins, he'll help you out. You can also make your own fasteners of some sort. I had to use a self tapping screw in the lowest hanging part because it had ripped down along with the parts that held it up.
