Don't know how long the link will last, so can someone host it themselves.

From what I read, no tricks involved. Opinions.

That was too cool.

No tricks though, right. Watch how the tires roll uphill, bump into the next one, and start rolling uphill, again.

That's a pretty cool comercial and idea...

however, there's a lot of stuff that had to happen just right for them to pull it off. I think there had to be some kind of tricks involved, especially with those tires and rims rolling up the platform.

Cool find.

guarantee there were a pot of hours of video chopping to get all that done, not to mention some clever comp animation as well. awesome though

Cool video for sure.

It would be posible to make that happen. Just put some weight in the tire and set it so that it is at the top. Then when it gets nudged, it will roll the tire uphill.

I'm sure there had to be some tricks involved. Great ideas though

that whole commercial is completely do-able.
no tricks needed, just some clever thinking and planning.

i'm willing to bet there are no tricks to this. i once saw a video in one of my classes (can't remember which one) that had a "domino" effect longer and more complicated than this one. it took the guy about 6 months to do and lasted about 10 mins. it was absolutely insaine. so i believe that this was probably done by the same dude (completely his style).
