Please look in the FAQ/problems section of the website (not necessarily the forums). There is a Throttle-hang fix. I am not familiar with it, but just thought I could help point you there if you haven't seen it already.

Have you put in your $0.02 to save contour.org?? Put in what you can spare to keep the site up. Check the General Forum.
