If there's no damage to the control arm, doesn't sound like there should be, i would just get new ball joints. The current joints are riveted in, so you will need to drill those out. New ball joints will come with bolts to replace those rivets. The job shouldnt' be too difficult, considering the ball joint is already out (the hardest part is getting the joint out IMO) and it's on the right side, correct? Well it's simple to drop the control arm on the right side, it's the left(driver) side that is a pain in the ass. HTH and btw pick up a Haynes manual before starting the job.
