Heres the best way to do them, first measure basically the sq inch area you need for each headlight and go to a sign shop and ask for some, it comes out to like 2.00. Next, since our cars come with feature lines already in the headlights you will use these as a point of reference for a consistent shape. Take painters tape and lay it down so the top side of the tape lines up with the feature line across the headlight.
Next, apply the vinyl over the headlight and tape smoothly, or you will get bubbles. Once you have laid down the vinyl, you will be able to see the junction between the top edge of the tape and the headlight. Simply cut along this junction and voila, you have eyebrows.
