I don't agree with the everything is easier on small cars theory at all. Ever looked under the hood of small cars? There is no room! Even under the contour hood there is no room. With Camaros and Mustangs, though, there is a ton of room to work. Plus, they are not tranversly mounted, so that makes it easier.
Not to mention the costs involved!! It is MUCH cheaper to make a Mustang faster than say a Civic!!
