I am not attracted to the looks of the first generation at all. I was originally planning on just making a fast RWD car (I had another thread about it way back in the day), but decided I may as well get something that looks truly amazing.

I suggest looking into the 300ZX above your other choices. They were a fairly reliable car so finding one in decent shape should be easy (relative terms) . They have aftermarket out the wazoo too.

One step ahead of ...or with... you. The Supras are tremendously overpriced. The RX-7s are fairly difficult to find in my area and what I wanted to do engine wise would be a bit pricy. The 3000GTs are nice, but I am not sure I want to deal with the AWD system. As you have stated, the Z32 is a solid RWD car and I think I will be able to find a TT fairly easily and for an honest price.

I think, although I fully expect to be flamed here, and I know it's not euro, that you should seriously consider adding the Camaro Z28 to your list.

As with many cars, I am just not attracted to the looks. A buddy of mine has a 500HP one (Can you say 5 MPG?) and while the performance is there, I just do not care for the aesthetics.

I appreciate your thoughts, thanks.
