Hello all,
Yesterday I loaned my room mate my car and told him to take my spare's. The keys are ford keys and they have "Ford Family of Fine Cars" stamped right on them so I am assuming they are originals. Anyhow, the key is now loged in the ignition. It is the correct key and I can start the car with it but when I try to get it out, it comes out half way and that's it. I tried to get it out with vice grips but that key is really really stuck! Anyone have this issue or heard of it? I would really like to get my darn key out! Is this Ford's problem seeing as it's their key?
