I was wondering why it says "race kits will be available in December 2002." and here it is in April 2003 and not even the street kit is priced yet?

Why not get the DemonDynamics kit that's already available and and have Terry install it?? Do you understand that the guy who designed this kit was a powertrain engineer on the Contour project??? Why wait on the PF turbo when you can have this awesome system now; oh yeah it's because you drive a Zetec and only want to talk about getting a turbo instead of actually getting one...

While I won't say that doesn't happen here - think maybe this is getting to you a bit much??

Then again I don't know why Terry spent his personal time and effort developing a turbo kit for the base model of an economy car, most of which are owned by 16 year old kids that will spend their whole paycheck the next 4 years paying off a $3000 loan, grannys, and people who couldn't afford the V6. I know there are exceptions to this generalization, but it sure doesn't show in the turbo sales...

YAAAYYYY!!! More elitist [censored]! Can we have some more, please?

EDIT: Nice edit 18psiwhatever - I caught it beforehand, though. You can't fool me w/ your "I generalized a whole [censored] crew of CEG and decided it may not be a good idea because there are actually members of that crew that contribute to increasing performance" diatribe.

Sorry, I just think that Terry's a cool guy and it was awesome of him to develop that kit...I rememer the original Zetec turbo thread, hundreds of posts saying "I want one! I want one!. Then the kit is complete and NOBODY buys one...how f'n disrespectful is that .

Well [censored] me runnin'. How disrespectful of me to pay my bills, support my kids and wife and try to prep the car (not a cheap affair, BTW) before I slap on double the car's original output. WTF was I thinking?!?!

Keep on hatin'...the look suits you well.

You and a few others, but that's hardly represenative of the Zetec group as a whole.

Were you on the thread when Terry anounced the turbo begging for a kit ASAP? Not that I remember. So my argument excludes you.
