OK, so I deleted it, downloaded it again and still have a problem with getting the codec. I went to the windows media site and it wasn't much of a help. It did have info on problems with .avi files, but I don't have those options for a work around.
Anyone have any ideas? I'm using windows office 2000 and windows media 9.
