Sounds like you're rubbing in the same place as everyone else. Run your fingers along the edge of the fender, start from the top and make your way down towards the back of the car... when you get reeeal close to the rear bumper you're gonna feel a dimple in the metal.. That part is most likely the culprit.

Take the wheel off, put a piece of wood on that "dimple" and go at it with a hammer.. You want to bend it "in" the fender so it gets away from your tire. You could also grind it away but you better touch up the paint quick cuz exposed metal will rust!!

Hope this helps..

I have 215/40/18's on mine with the BAT euro suspension kit and there is no rubbing. The only time I rub the fender is riding 4 deep and I hit a bump in the road or something like that.

Also the next worst spot is where the rear fender meets the rear bumper, the metal lip there need to be smashed flat. That's where my 18's rubbed.

I'm running 235/35/19's on a Mondeo & the only time my tryes rub is when I've got 3 poeple in the back & on big bumps.
I have had my rear arch's rolled though & if I get them rolled a bit more they won't even hit on the bumps.
I think it's all down to what offset your wheels have.

Thats where im rubbing at the back of the fender where it meets the bumper. I took a cut off wheel and cut them back, went for a ride and still got a little on the passanger side. Now the only problem is that it F****D up my tire in one spot, But i dont think you would ever see it unless i pointed it out. I am soo mad i could flip out!!!!!
