I just posted a topic on this, which I will now erase. It happened to me after driving at 85+ for about 30 minutes. Eek.

Yeah, I have noticed that if I turn the overdrive off- then forget about it and get on the freeway, the o/d light turns from green to red. Really strange. I noticed this once when i had forgotten to turn it back on, looked for the green light and couldn't see it. The car didn't feel right so I looked again really close- (i have a hard time seeing red)it was red
