If it affects multiple circuits at the same time, it could be a loose/bad connection at the battery or leading into the fuse box. Might want to clean and tighten your battery connections and then check are reseat all the fuses and relays. Try to isolate it to one or more circuits, or maybe it's ALL circuits.
