OP MS Junior Member M Joined: May 2001 Posts: 17	I have a '96 Gl wth Zetec and yesterday I noticed a rotten egg smell when accelerated. I think that it is a cat.conv.(burned/plugged). Will that be covered under Standard Ford warranty?I think that I heard that emission parts are covered for 7 (8?) years? Where and how to check this? How to check cat.conv.? Untill now I always passed emission test (loc.goverment testing). Thank you.
