OP Mykul Junior Member M Joined: Apr 2002 Posts: 13	Does the '96 take a OBD-II scanner? Or is there another way to pull codes? I am familiar with pulling codes with a OBD-I vehicle but not a OBD-II. Thanks

G Pappas Member G Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 237 Alexandria, VA	Yes, the 96 is OBD-II. 1996 Contour SE Sedan 4D (Royal Blue) Duratec V6 2.5L 24-valve DOHC Automatic 75,000 miles No Mods (unless you call the DMD a mod) Replaced EGR valve (gunked up), EVR (EGR VR), PCV valve, and evaporative emissions hose (cracked).
