The BMW dealer here has a few 7 series, and 4 Z4s (they are the only SAskatchewan dealer as far as I know) The Z4 at first looked nice, then I got up close to see the details, and was horrified. What the hell is with the side marker lights? That is the lamest thing I've ever seen. They cut a hole in the fender to put in a giant orange light with a giant BMW logo on it?
I always thought BMW was understated elegance, not wretched excess. What they need to do is fire the designer, and pump more money into thier interior design. The dual instrument panel look in the 7 series and now this 5 series is downright ugly. BMW is always trailing Audi and Mercedes in this area. Now they are trailing in the styling department as well.
