Not going to happen!
Maybe if you have all the SVT parts, chip, and raised compression the 99-00 SVT heads with SVT cams may give you 10HP or better.
However the heads alone will not help a ton without the better breathing before them.
The cams will help some but not nearly the same as with the better breathing and higher compression ratio.
