Except for the extrude hone polish, the SVT heads are the same as the SE heads. If you port and polish the SE heads you should be able to pretty much replicate the extrude honed SVT heads. Instead of the SVT heads, you would be better served with the SVT intake manifolds, at least the upper, and the SVT throttle body.
The SVT cams are different though, and terribly expensive.
