Had two different sightings in the past few days:
1. Friday night in Frederick, near WaWa, it was dark, but I think it was a black SVT with sidemarkers.
2. Tuesday morning on Rt. 7 in Sterling, lowered black SVT with tinted windows turning toward Great Falls.
HOLLA!
Gone: 98 E0 Silver SVT
