I don't think its as bad as the psuedo-3D Transformers that they had; I think it was called Armada or something. The new remake that I found most impressive is the new He-Man series. Much better animation than the old 80's series.

Wow they have a new He-Man series?! I need to get cable. Optimus Prime ruled--he was my favorite Transformer. Thanks for the link to the CEG archives, that was some cool reading. Too bad I didn't know about CEG sooner.

I remember the black site - went on it a few times at work back in the day before home internet access for me. Didn't come back here (and discover the forums) until the great engine failure of 2001. Here's the "small world" part of it: I know Jeff Eder (see bumper sag story). He ordered 98 SVT #389 from the same dealer as me, and worked at the same Ford plant as me. Sad to say, he sold the car last year sometime.
