All this for 15 over? Is Wisconsin hell on speeders?? 15 over in Illinois ad you would pay and take four hours of traffic school and then you would be clean. I got a real bad ticket two weeks ago that i have to go to court for but it was way way over 15mph. So what is up with wisconsn?
