my car has been actin really weird when i turn the ignition. Some times it will struggle to turn on, like a 2sec delay while i'm turnin the ignition, and other times, it will start just fine. I don't think it's the starter but it could be the solenoid or a faulty fuse, maybe something electrical like the main relay. has anyone had this problem. please help, I don't want my car to die on me. Thanx

Might want to check, clean, and tighten the battery terminals as a precaution. You can get the battery and charging system tested for free at autozone type car part shops. Your symptoms don't fit a fuse or solenoid problem. I think the starters are generally pretty reliable on the 'tour.

I had similiar hesitant starting and it was due to a weak battery. Have your battery and alternator checked out. If you still have your original battery, then it may be time to get a replacement. My original battery lasted about 3.5 years and my last battery about 2.5 years.

well I just got a battery like 3 months ago so I don't think it's that. Could be the starter cause if it was the alternator, my car would startle while it the car is on. Please give me some feedback
