As far as the struts go, I would take the ST200 one's over the Koni any day given the price difference.
Since you basically said that the chip won't do any good, I will look for different mods instead.

I looked up this one '99 model on the autotrader, silver with midnight blue int. and 43K miles on it. The guy had it modded 18's /sweet!!!!/, chip, y-pipe, etc...plus complete DVD, TV and Video system...worth like 5G's or more.
Selling price 13.5K, went down from 16K.
But still its too much for me and I prefer performance so that extra weight of the system wouldn't do any good.
Now I'm looking @ '00 CSVT, red with 37K miles, can get it for 11K...if I sell my car any time soon...what do u think about that??!
