Wheels ~ $how much can you afford? You can get a set of 17" wheels and tires for under $1000. It goes up from there.

Installation varies, but all of those you can do yourself if you're mechanically inclined.

Expect to pay about $150-250 to get the struts/springs installed. All the rest you can DEFINITELY do yourself.

That's right. IF it's callibrated for a stock SVT, and you add a y-pipe, catback, MAF, TB, the chip will prolly need recalibration.

Nope, no way. You'll be lucky to see 5-6hp. Personally, I wouldn't bother with the chip, unless you can go on a dyno and see what you make pre-chip and after-chip.
