Mine went at 2 years, 40K miles, and Ford wouldn't cover it. 2 year old car and the exhaust falls off? All the pipes were fine, just the bolts. WARNING COST CUTTING AT WORK
My advice is to drill-out or cut-off the old nuts (they are welded to the cat side flange) and replace with stainless nuts/bolts/washers. Remember to get a new gasket.
Add and few banged knuckles, stir, and enjoy!
