it's definitely sticking, that's the problem. they are not lubricated whatsoever so they are prone to failure. you can spray some wd-40 or the similar in on it and that will help out for a bit i'm sure. i've gotta order an iac valve (among other things) myself...waiting for bill jenkins to get settled into his new home. in the meantime, you could get it from
