Not to sound dumb, but what is "blue" carbon fiber? I thought that carbon was black and could not be lightened in any way? Blue dyed fiberglass maybe? Possibly kevlar with a dye added. You could use a dye in the epoxy matrix but it would not be a "true" blue color.

It's a blue fiber, I believe it is Kevlar, that is weaved into the fabric. It's not a dye or tint to the material. It looks really good, IMHO.
