I wouldn't say that the modification's are "extensive"; a dremel and a metal grinder tip handled the job quite nicely(you just have to slot the holes for the bolts so it line up right). The Ford Racing manifold(I don't know if that is the same on Steeda sells) actually bolts right up to a escort ZX2 and contour zetec heads, but requires modification to fit the Ford Racing Focus Cylinder head...

the throtle cable and adapter plate for an after market Focus TB is no big either, just use plenty of gasket maker around it. The TPS was a bit of a biyatch though.
