I adjusted the doors on my old Dodge with a 2x4 once.
Opened the door, put the 2x4 on the door sill, closed the door till it touched the wood, and then lifted. It moved it enough that it didn't rub anymore.
I eventually replaced the hinge pins and adjusted everything when I took the dash out.
