ford says it's 10 book hours of labo so for them to say an all day job is correct... me personally I wouldn't take it somewhere unless they have seen the inside of the MTX-75 before, and just because it's a ford dealership doesn't mean they have done work in our tranny before
what I would do is ask them same for the other place. BTW while your getting it done I would throw a LSD in wouldn't add much to the labor cost if any cause they will already have it taken apart.
