Yes it should fit fine. Easy install to. You can get a $5 tool at most auto stores called a ford tool which looks like two U shaped things. Stick those in the four holes of the radio and it will pull out. You can get the harness at any car audio store for about $15. Just match up the colors to the ones on the new radio and plug her in.
