I'm not mechanically sophisticated like most of you guys but I can do simple things.
The AC in a 95 Contour has never needed a recharge. It is now taking a long time to get cool (it does get somewhat cool eventually) and it's not cool enough to my liking so I figure it just needs some coolant added.
I understand this is an easy thing to do with a kit from any parts store.
I don't have the manual for this vehicle, so I would appreciate someone advising me on where in the engine compartment is located the location (plug) for recharging and what does it look like.
Any other advice on doing this also welcomed.
