Don't forget you may have some Tinnerman nuts on there too (they look like little star washers on the stud over the rotor)

My advice, use plenty of PB blaster, try to get it to work in inbetween the rotor and the hub, and lightly tap the edge of the rotor with a rubber mallet (or equivalent) until the rust comes loose from the hub. If you get desperate, use heat, but be careful not to concentrate the heat too much near the bearing, just in case.
