iogear makes an adaptor from serial to USB that works well too. Best price

20% off of which ever one you choose. He has many different scanners availible. We do not all have to get the same ones to make this group buy happen. I would recommend getting the TRICOM one though. It does cost more but it is able to be used on all cars. If you want one that will just work with the contour then you can get a lower model and it won't cost you as much.

I would gladly take any discount I can. $40.00 saved on one thing is $40.00 more that I can spend on my SVT getting something else.

Not to poop on the the party, but I have the 3 way scanner from alex, and I remember paying less than 142$ (much less IIRC). Great product, just saying you guys might want to get some volume going (cougar, focus, the more the merrier!)
IIRC, I got mine as part of a joint taurus group buy.
