I have had enough problems with my car (Ford is fixing all of them at no cost to me). But I have been trying to sell the car to buy a truck, the waterski season has already started. Does anyone have a name or phone # to reach a real person that can make a decision at Ford? My whole family has bought Fords and my Grandmother worked there, so we get the Z plan. No one at Ford wants to help me out with the fact that my car has spent 2 weeks in the shop, and has another 2 to go. I'm making new car payments and can't afford to pay for a rental also. I'm furious, the dealer says we are a franchise, not Ford....it's not our problem. I missed the lemon law by a couple months and a few thousand miles.
