Will you people never learn that Ford Contours are the only respectable cars on the road... If you don't own a Ford Contour then you are obviously a loser... Oh wow, after reading all of these posts I got hypnotized into talking crap about everybody else's cars... Sorry about that!! I say the Civic looks pretty sweet... I agree it needs a slight drop, but my car does too... And yes, I think the term rice signifies the 8" mufflers, the snake eye washer nozzles, the way too extravagent body kits, the 4' aluminum wings and the stickers that cover half of the car... The car looks fairly stock other than the wheels... All this makes me wish I was 16 again so I could talk out my ace and people would understand that Im just a kid with my mom's passed down contour  I feel better now

I couldn't agree more. Regardless of what most of you say, and as much as I love my contour, Honda makes a great car. That is a very tastefully done civic. Could maybe use a small stock spoiler and a drop and it would be a clean ride. My friend has a similar white civic. Nothing but after market rims and some small aesthetic changes like debadging etc. Oh ya and an integra engine dropped in it with a turbo allowing him to run a 12.8 1/4 mile, putting any Contour to shame.
It's Julio Demingez with his 82 Stanza with multicolor paint, fart pipe and just about every option bought at pep boys for $9.99 that makes a car rice. Not just it being foreign. I hope not cuz I hope to buy an Audi someday.

Yah see I dont hate Civic's, I dont use the term " ricer. " I just hate the drivers that consider Civic's fast. Civic's Are Not: Nice... Fast... Sports Cars... Family Cars... Luxury Cars... Civic's Are: Ugly... Slow... Cheap... Economy Car's ( Gas ONLY! ) Good on gas.... ( ONLY because of a small tank ) Did I say cheap? Overpriced... Unworthy of the road... Easy to Modify That's my 2.0 liters

although i dont like it, its not rice. rims that accually look decent on the car, and a clean tint job aint rice. its just not my style
