Well...
If you quickly tap the gas, with the window down, you will hear the TB open up, and a "rush" of air flow in to the engine. This is not to be confused with the engine revving. If you listen carefully you will hear the air sound JUST before the engine revs. THEN you will see the tach rev up just as your foot comes up.. (keep in mind this is if you BLIP the throttle...)
So, yes, the tach is a little slow, compared to your foot...
lighter flywheel will correct this, but most will suggest a DMD, instead, as the light flywheel provides no vibration protection..
