I appreciate that if this was strictly your business operation, you wouldn't leave your customers hanging.
However, I make it a half-dozen from 18 that haven't received their pipes. My plans to have it installed before my vacation are by the books, and I gave it plenty of lead time (I paid for the pipe in June). I still have great confidence that the pipe will be a fine mod, but sheesh, I'm pissed about this.
