Can anyone confirm the size difference in the pipes (SVT = 2.25" ; SE = 2) and any other models of resonators folks have installed, and with what results?





V6 non-SVT is 2" piping from the cat-back. SVT is 2.25" You will want to put in a 2.25" in/out resonator if you have an SVT. The big restriction on the resonator with the SVT is that it is the same one they put on regular v6's. So the piping necks down at that point.

The Y-pipes for an SVT and a regular V6 are identical except the SVT Y has a 2.25" flange for the cat-back whereas the "regular" Y has a 2" flange.
