its both actually but before they told me they wouldnt do the trans either i had already agreed to pay for a new clutch, i was thinking as long as they are in there putting in a new trans through warranty it would save labor to put the clutch in so i wasnt worried about that. The warranty I have is E Z care a aftermarket warranty that i got when i bought my car used at a ford dealership. But the company is orginally owned by ford from what im told.
